📦 Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship orders using trusted courier services. Estimated delivery times are:

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, season, and external factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on:
order weight
order value
delivery destination
Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (e.g. orders above 300 RON).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

✔ the courier name
✔ a tracking link to follow your shipment in real time
5. Packaging & Handling
All products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
If your package arrives damaged, please note this with the courier and contact us immediately.
